The Infant Abduction System places a small RF transmitter on a newborn infant so hospital staff can track the baby's location in the maternity ward. When an infant wearing a transmitter enters an area being secured by the Infant Abduction System the following occurs:

	Doors automatically lock
	Elevator control buttons are disabled
	Alarm sound locally and at the nurse station
	Cameras record the event at the location
	Pagers alert staff
	Graphic Display Panel shows baby's location

The Patient Wandering system is similar to the Infant Abduction system but intended for elderly care facilities to use for Alzheimer's patients. This system uses the same equipment as mentioned above, anyone who is not wearing a transmitter will be able to go through doors and onto elevators normally.
